1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the xk8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and xk8.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the xk8 platform. xk8 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to xk8 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. Failure to meet any one of these conditions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

You must be all of the following:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration. xk8 strictly prohibits underage gambling in compliance with responsible gaming standards.
• A legal resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an xk8 employee who is directly involved in the operations of the platform.
• Not registered on any national self-exclusion register or subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion agreement that covers xk8.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on xk8. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi National ID (NID) or passport number for identity verification.
• A valid and active mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account for payment processing purposes.
• A unique username and a strong password. xk8 recommends using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols for maximum account security.
• Accurate and current residential address details including division (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh).

xk8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including government-issued photo ID, utility bills, or bank statements, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

xk8 supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are typically credited within 5–10 minutes of confirmed payment.
• Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank. Processing time is up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
• Card payments via Visa and Mastercard where available, subject to your card issuer's international transaction policies.
• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to activate a new xk8 account and become eligible for the welcome bonus.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds must meet the relevant rollover requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Rollover details are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• xk8 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or appear unusual in pattern. Supporting documents may be requested.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

xk8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms outlined for each individual promotion.

General bonus conditions:

• The xk8 welcome bonus is available to new players only. Each eligible player may claim the welcome bonus once, on their first qualifying deposit.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any cash out can be made. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• xk8 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for cancelled promotions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only real-money deposits made by the account holder are eligible to participate in standard promotions.

xk8 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of automated betting systems. Detection of any such activity will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xk8. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited behaviour will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment details to fund your xk8 account. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own name.
• Collusion with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or other automated tools to interact with xk8 in any way that is not permitted under these terms.
• Attempting to launder money or channel proceeds of criminal activity through the xk8 platform. xk8 strictly complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report any suspicious transactions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your xk8 account or its contents to any third party. Account ownership is strictly personal and non-transferable.

7. Responsible Gaming

xk8 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. We recognise that for some individuals gambling may become problematic, and we take proactive steps to mitigate harm. xk8 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
